By placing an order, you confirm that the product, quantity, delivery information and pricing have been reviewed. An order is accepted after payment is successfully received and Visakan confirms processing. Availability, taxes and shipping charges are shown as applicable.

Please provide accurate delivery details. Delays caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers are outside our control.

After review, Visakan will determine whether repair, replacement with the same or an equivalent product, or refund is appropriate for a verified issue.

Fancy accessories and toys are intended for normal personal use. Damage from misuse, rough play beyond the product’s age guidance, water damage (unless designed for it), or unauthorised alteration is not covered as a manufacturing defect.

To the extent permitted by law, Visakan is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse, third-party delivery delays or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Adult supervision is recommended for toys intended for young children.
